Living in a big city, the times we get to witness genuine interactions between people are very impactful. We navigate a general lack of eye contact, acknowledgment, respect, etc. If you know you know. Sometimes you become the monster you fear. 

But when the over stimulated curse lifts a peculiar warmth emerges, surrounded by strangers, bound by shared humanity. It's a connection, transcending time and location, like kindred spirits brushing against each other—momentarily close, exchanging silent nods of understanding, unified in the shared do-si-do of existence.
